RETURN POLICY

Ny'l Closet appreciates and values our customers. We strive for excellent customer service to provide our clients with great quality products, a remarkable experience, and to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase(s). If for any reason you were not satisfied, you are able to return your purchase within 5 business days from the date that your order was delivered. Tags, markings, and stickers must be on the clothing.

After the 5th business day, the item is considered FINAL SALE. Purchased items received after 5 business days will be mailed back to the customer and no exchange or store credit will be given. Clothing must be returned in the condition it was received, with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

Please note that there are NO REFUNDS. Product(s) may only be exchanged for product(s) with lesser or equal value.

We only accept returns on products that have not been used, worn, torn and/or tampered with. Items altered in any way will not be accepted. We deserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
  • Must email us before shipping back your return
  • Must be approved by our returns department
  • Must be in original condition
  • Any items bought on SALE are NOT eligible
  • Customer must cover return shipping costs

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Upon receipt of your return, a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once completed, you will be notified via email.
