Please contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@nylcloset.com. We generally process orders within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it CANNOT be changed.

HOW CAN I APPLY A STORE CREDIT?
When you are ready to check out, add your items into the “Shopping Cart.” You will be given a code to use when checking out.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes detailed information of your order and tracking number. You can also setup a free account to stay up to date.

AN ITEM THAT I LOVE IS SOLD OUT! HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notify me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.
